Governance and policies

Sustainability is integrated in decision-making and processes throughout the Group“s governance structure as well as within our policies and directives.

Sustainability Governance

The Board of Directors has the ultimate responsibility for ensuring that the company is managed in a sustainable and responsible manner. The Board of Directors has delegated day-to-day responsibility for sustainability topics to the CEO. Our sustainability work is governed by a number of policies and directives.

The Head of Sustainability coordinates the work, but the day-to-day responsibility for sustainability topics is delegated to functions and projects within the organiation. There is also a Health & Safety and Environmental Manager and sustainability coordinators in the various markets. Key sustainability topics are integrated in the project management model and relevant sustainability goals are monitored in each project.

Business Partner Code of Conduct and Trumpet Trust

Duni Group works actively with suppliers to promote product safety, sustainability, and ethical business conduct through defined requirements and ongoing dialogue. We have set clear expectations in our Business Partner Code of Conduct and established additional requirements for our suppliers of finished goods and raw materials. We regularly audit supplier performance in areas including human rights, working conditions, health and safety, product safety, and environmental management.

As audits provide only a snapshot of conditions at a given point in time, Duni Group has established Trumpet Trust as a communication channel through which relevant stakeholders can report potential violations of the Business Partner Code of Conduct and other supplier requirements. Reports submitted via Trumpet Trust can be made anonymously and are handled in accordance with the GDPR.

For further information on how personal data submitted via Trumpet Trust is processed, see this document.
