Unmo Launches New Magazine - Highlights the True Heroes of the Restaurant Industry

Unmo, an initiative by Duni Group, is launching the industry magazine People of Gastronomy to celebrate the passionate individuals who make the restaurant world thrive. Through personal profiles, in-depth features, and surveys, Unmo aims to open the door to a sector in transformation. 

The magazine extends Unmo’s digital efforts to create a forum for inspiration and networking within the restaurant industry. It targets everyone working in hospitality – from kitchen staff and servers to employers and industry enthusiasts. Distributed directly to restaurants, staff rooms, and other spaces where the industry gathers, its mission is to shine a spotlight on the true heroes behind the scenes. Content includes personal stories, workplace features, research insights, and trend reports. 

- There is so much to share, and so many voices that deserve to be heard. We want to create something that doesn’t just talk about the industry but becomes part of it – something that sparks curiosity, gets passed around among colleagues, and strengthens pride in the profession, says Johan Mårtensson, Head of Business Development at Duni Group. 

The ambition is to publish nationwide twice a year.
