At Duni Group, we are driven to make a difference – and we are committed. Our 2030 strategy, “Our Decade of Action”, is about creating long-term growth while becoming a Trusted Sustainability Leader within the HoReCa industry.

To grow and strengthen our position, we have defined a clear growth agenda with three strategic priorities:

  • Expand our innovative offering to customers and consumers
  • Strengthen our market positions in Europe and Asia Pacific
  • Enhance our operational efficiency and enable regional differentiation.

These priorities form the foundation of our business development. Growth is both a goal in itself and a means to create the resources and capacity needed for transformation. To remain relevant and competitive in the future, we must grow in a sustainable way.

Sustainability is therefore at the core of our strategy. We have identified three ambitious priorities, based on ESG and the Triple Bottom Line framework – people, planet and profitability: 

  • Environmentally leading
  • Socially engaged
  • Well governed

Just like our growth priorities, these sustainability priorities drive both transformation and innovation. By achieving our goals, we build a resilient, competitive, and long-term profitable organization.

All parts are interconnected: business growth gives us the strength to invest in sustainability, and sustainability makes our growth relevant and future-proof. Together, they guide us toward our ambition – to become a Trusted Sustainability Leader within the HoReCa industry.
